File transfers are now handled by a separate thread.

The program now appropriately scales with larger font sizes.

Added a command line parameter '-anydrive' for power users. With '-anydrive' enabled, SteamTool will allow the Steam folder and Storage folder to have the same drive letter.

Many small fixes and changes.
